We are a sole proprietorship facilitating access to SAP servers. Please note that we neither own nor host these servers; we act solely as intermediaries providing access to our customers. Once an order is placed, we deliver the login credentials accordingly.

In the event of server outages, we promptly report the issue to our partner. If the outage is confirmed, the customer will receive an extension of their server access equivalent to the duration of the downtime. Additionally, as a goodwill gesture, we may offer a few extra days of free access. Please note that no financial refunds will be provided for server outages.

We sell exclusively to private customers. Our business model is B2C.
